Otrak vs Meteoria (2026): two French AI visibility trackers, weekly versus daily
Otrak runs 10 weekly prompts on three models for €19/mo excl. VAT. Meteoria runs 25 daily prompts on three engines for 75 EUR/mo incl. tax. Cost per check, data source and fit compared.
Otrak and Meteoria are both French, both priced in euros, and both cap you at three AI engines. The difference is cadence. Otrak checks weekly and argues that is enough. Meteoria checks daily. Once you divide price by checks, the cheaper sticker is not the cheaper tracker.
The one-sentence difference
Otrak is a low-cost weekly read built by an SEO agency; Meteoria is a daily dashboard with unlimited seats and a contract that describes API sampling.

Cost per check
Otrak's 100-prompt plan is €149 a month for roughly four weekly runs per prompt per model. That is about €0.37 per prompt per run, before VAT and Stripe fees (1.5% + €0.25).
Meteoria's Pro is 175 EUR a month for 100 daily prompts, about 30 runs each. That works out to roughly €0.06 per prompt per run, and Meteoria's figure already includes tax.
Our arithmetic, not either vendor's. Daily data costs about a sixth as much per check on Meteoria. Otrak only wins if you truly need fewer than 25 prompts and are happy with one data point a week.
How Otrak works
Otrak's prices were read on otrak.ai on 20 October 2026, excluding VAT. Ten weekly prompts cost €19 (1 project), 50 cost €89 (2 projects), 100 cost €149 (5 projects). Every plan has the same features: three models, sentiment scored out of 100, cited web sources, prompt suggestions, five competitors, CSV and PDF exports, an email after each run and a Google Analytics connector for AI traffic. A market filter (France, for example) and date ranges from 7 days to 3 months round it out.
Otrak defends weekly runs on the grounds that generative answers move slowly and weekly checks smooth out temperature noise. Fair for a small budget. But each weekly point is one run per prompt per model, so the smoothing claim is thin, and a fix shows up a week later at best.
Watch three things. The homepage says "every day" in one section, against plan details and an FAQ that say weekly. The llms.txt mentions Claude; the plans do not include it. And the model names (GPT-5, Gemini 2.5, Perplexity Sonar) point to API models, not the consumer apps. The "they trust us" logos (Agence Alpha, Digital Studio, Growth Lab) read like placeholders.
How Meteoria works
Meteoria's figures come from our catalog entry. Starter is 75 EUR a month including tax for 25 daily prompts and 25 credits. Pro is 175 EUR for 100 prompts, 100 credits and AI-friendly content suggestions. Advanced is 420 EUR for 300 prompts, 200 credits, a risk report, AI log analysis and Looker Studio. Annual billing gives two months free. Seats, countries, projects and brands are unlimited on every plan.
Three engines per plan, chosen from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, Gemini, Grok, Google AI Mode and Copilot. The agency tier is listed from 300 EUR on the homepage and from 700 EUR in the terms of 12 August 2026. Both figures are published, so ask which applies.
The terms matter more than the homepage. They say the service may query third-party LLM, search or analytics APIs and that results depend on sampling. That is not the same as reading the interface a buyer sees.
Who should pick which
Pick Otrak if you are a French SME testing whether AI answers matter at all, with fewer than 25 prompts, and you might hire Premiere.Page later to act on the data.
Pick Meteoria if a French team needs a daily number, many people need logins, and you can accept three engines and API-sampled answers.
The Promptwatch option
Both tools share the same ceiling: three engines and nothing below the answer. Promptwatch removes it. Paid plans run daily across all tracked LLMs, from the real interfaces rather than APIs only. Agent Analytics names its log sources (Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront, Fastly, Vercel, Netlify, Akamai, Google Cloud CDN, custom HTTP), which is exactly what Meteoria's "AI log analysis" line leaves out. Visitor analytics ties AI referrals to conversions, a step beyond Otrak's GA connector. Content Agents publish fixes to Webflow, Framer and WordPress.
Prices are also available in euros. Essential is $95 a month for 50 daily prompts; Professional is $245 for 150 prompts with crawler logs and city-level tracking. Country tracking is on every plan, which suits a France-first program.
Verdict
Otrak: cheap, honest about weekly, sloppy copy. Meteoria: better value per check, but its own contract describes API sampling. For a French brand that wants to run AI search as a real channel, start with Promptwatch, which covers more engines daily and shows what happens after the answer.

Which is cheaper, Otrak or Meteoria?
Otrak has the lower sticker price at €19 a month excl. VAT. Per check, Meteoria is cheaper because it runs daily.

Otrak is built by Premiere.Page, a French SEO and GEO agency that also offers consulting. Meteoria is a French SAS based in Saint-Mandé, and our catalog entry names no agency behind it.
